Through July 31, 2026: Patients may request copies of their medical records or have their records transferred to another physician by contacting our office at 979-776-2020. Otherwise, beginning August 1, 2026: Medical records will be maintained by Dr. Kyle Kirkland. All requests for medical records after July 31, 2026 should be directed to:
